How to heal
Owl Moon started out of a healing journey from a violent and traumatic attack. I met with a trauma informed care therapist to address my diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder over a three-year period. I met with my Primary Care Provider for medication support, and medical care. In order to address all my symptoms, I needed more with routine holistic treatments of healing hands touch light therapy, past life regression, routine exercise, nutritional adjustments, supplements, yoga, dream work journaling, retreats and vacations. It is all of these lived experiences that I bring to the healing practice of helping a client with their needs of specialized trauma informed care. My clinical knowledge combined with my own insights of adaptation, coping and healing complex trauma make this an opportunity for you to heal in your own way.
