Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprossessing (EMDR)
A psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. The idea is to effectively reduce clinical complaints by processing the components of the triggering painful memories. EMDR therapy is an extensively researched, effective method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. We practice a modified approach to EMDR.
Dream Anayalsis
Dreams are found to have archetypal patterns that encompass contents of religions, mythologies, numbers, shapes, legends and fairytales. These patterns or motifs which come from the collective unconscious expresses itself in metaphors or sacred geometric shapes. In our dreams these specific images, characters, and themes symbolically expresses itself regardless of what religion, culture, age or geographic region you reside in. These dream symbols share the same story of the human experience that contain the same meaning.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic therapy incorporates body-oriented modalities such as movement or stretching, breath work, and meditation to support clients through their healing journeys, and weave talk therapy into mind-body exercises. SE aims to treat the effects of PTSD and other mental and emotional health issues through the connection of mind and body. The work was developed by Peter Lavine. SE resolves symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies. When we are stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps us release, recover, and become more resilient. The large majority of people worldwide have traumatic experiences in their lifetime, which can have major impacts on their health and well-being.
Jungian Sand Tray
A fascinating research based approach that delves into the depths of the unconscious mind through the use of archetypes represented in figurines and therapeutic tools. It is a non-verbal therapeutic process that is rooted in the profound psychology of C. G. Jung. It invites individuals to express their inner world symbolically by playfully arranging small figures or images within a tray of sand, guided by the clinician. This is a trauma informed approach to the often associated Sand Tray Play approach which is different in technique.
Couples Counseling
Marriage counseling or relationship therapy, is a form of professional therapy designed to help couples navigate challenges in an curious, gentle and explorative fashion, in order to improve communication, identify patterns of distress, teach compassionate communication, and enhance their relationship with intimacy by resolving interpersonal conflict. Grief and Loss
Grieving the loss of a loved one can be a challenging experience and an emotionally charged time in life that interferes with functioning at work or the family that survived tragedy. While it's natural to grieve following a significant loss, there are plenty of cases where healing from grief is too difficult for someone to do alone. Therapy offers a safe space to share difficult emotions and start to heal from the loss.
Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems is a powerfully transformative evidence-based model of psychotherapy. We believe the psyche is multi layered based on our experiences throughout development. Our inner parts contain valuable qualities understood from our core. The Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome. IFA therapy is able to harmonize the body and mind thus developing greater human systems allowing improved functioning for each person and their relationships.
